You can have an hour of our time to consult with you on any aspects of your landscape while standing right in your yard. After discussing the ideas you have and any ideas we've come up with together you can decide if you'd like to see an estimate for any or all of the items we've talked about. Within a week we'll send you an easy to read and itemized estimate of the project for your review. We can change or amend the estimate at any point in time and when you're ready to move into construction we send you a construction contract that reflects the work to be completed on the estimate. Easy as that!
A well designed landscape provides fantastic visual experiences and lasting memories. Using the strengths of your existing landscape, we then apply sound design principals to develop unique and functional spaces that will extend your usable living space and increase your property value. We start the process with a site consultation where we collect all of the elements you wish for your property. We take this information and within two to three weeks develop a professional and easy to read landscape plan for your review. The design will include all hardscape essentials and a creative planting design. We can include irrigation and lighting design along with construction notes if you are a do-it-yourselfer. We also provide artistic accessories (such as fabrics, pillows, furniture, statues, etc.) to unify the experience of your outdoor living space!
Water in Colorado is a precious resource. We understand the importance of conserving water, therefore design with water efficient irrigation systems. Utilizing a special soil preparation process is also important along with understanding plant selection and placement.
